Dancing shoes are requirement here. Living life to its fullest a must! Be savvy, be teachable and learn all that you can. Read lots, invest in things of the heart and laugh hysterically. Spin and twirl, not out of control, but to feel the wind on your cheeks and your hair spiraling like an ocean wave. Feel the music, dance to the beat, engage in life, be free and never ever give up! Dance with life.

Sleeping In!
by
Greg Pincus
Sleeping in!
What could be greater
Than staying in bed ‘til it’s later and later?
Forget about sunrise and breakfast and brunch,
If I have my way then I’ll sleep right through lunch.
Sleeping in!
There isn’t much to it:
You stay fast asleep - that’s the best way to do it.
On weekends, vacations, and random days off
(On days with no need to fake fever or cough),
There’s nothing that’s better than waking at 10
Then rolling right over and snoozing again.
Sleeping in!
I’ll start in tonight...
And practice all summer to get it just right.
Ah it sure feels good to have no schedule, no commitments and just roll over and sleep. Summers are so designed for that activity. Nothing like being sleepless tho' and having a good book to open up and engage in. When you read your heart slows down, your blood pressure drops and you go into a state of relaxation. If you are having trouble sleeping...don't reach for a sleep aid...read for a good book. The same is true with your kids or grandkids. A nice light snack before bed, a wonderful warm, suddsy bath and a book to read to them will calm them (and you) down to get them into sleep mode. Reading has so many benifits to your health. Take a dose of books before bedtime tonight and find out. Read on!
