Dancing shoes are requirement here. Living life to its fullest a must! Be savvy, be teachable and learn all that you can. Read lots, invest in things of the heart and laugh hysterically. Spin and twirl, not out of control, but to feel the wind on your cheeks and your hair spiraling like an ocean wave. Feel the music, dance to the beat, engage in life, be free and never ever give up! Dance with life.

lattees, spandex, and me
I hate getting into my stretched out spandex and going to the gym. But I also love getting into my spandex knowing that soon they will look much lean and mean on me if I keep my gym routine up. I am pumping weights, biking and going on that treadmill. I tried the eliptical (nearly killed me, maybe later) but have been so faithful. Yes ladies and gentlemen, five times, please count and record, five times a week since January 7th. I want to incorporate this into my lifestyle....get off the chair...the couch...my car seat and move. I want to throw out my chest and correct my slumped posture and walk around with a proud chest once again. I want to be able to tie my shoes, (cut and paint my own toenails with little effort) and walk up stairs without feeling I am going to have a stroke. I want to hold in my stomach with little effort and not have my upper arms waving in the wind. I am going to dance at my youngest sons wedding (he is now 13) and close the place down. Gym, fit, dance, move, enjoy life as my feet take off, my body flexes, and my aches and pains disappear. I am still young, and I need to keep on and up with my journey of life. Of course, I often treat myself with a chi lattee just because I am 50+ and I can. :)
