The Garden Dance

A poem from me to you....

Look at you my dirty child
Your jeans, your shoes, your shirt
You've dug and plowed and planted seeds
Your clothes are made of dirt.

The garden mud is on your face
Your garden gloves all grime
You've tickled worms and battled weeds
You've had a great, great time.

Pull off your shoes, drag out the hose
A soapy dance you'll do
Good-bye mud, hello clean
Happy Garden Day to you!
