Can you guess what this is? This is sometimes how we feel about life. Everything with power and force coming right at us to bury us under the stress and responsibility of living.
Do not stress today or be afraid. Take time to order your steps and your day. Plan what is important and forget the rest. Take time out to rest and re-group. Call a friend, play a computer game, listen to some soothing music.
Life can weigh you down. The news coming out of the t.v. and radio is not pleasant. Pick up a newspaper or magazine and get bombarded with the "now" pressures of the world. Have a day to fast from the media. Read a good book. Have a hot cup of coffee or tea. Have a nap. Turn off your phone. Don't get sucked into the stress around you. Laugh a lot. Learn to relax and take time outs.
