Oh boy, here we go....puppy training has started. Abby is so good doing her business on the newspaper but now it is time to get her outside into the backyard and get her to go there. I have to be diligent and every two hours pick her up and take her outside to the back. She is so small that she cannot navigate the porch steps yet (going down) so I will be her personal guide and elevator. The other day I found her upstairs in our living...a feat of about eight "up" steps and she looked very pleased with herself indeed. The "down" steps will take longer. She has a brave little heart, a courageous spirit inside of her and is able to bound and jump so she will conquer this step thing.
