Mondays can sometimes bring on a mild depression. Have to get up, have to get the kids and hubby off to work, have to clean up after weekend, have to get myself to work....and on and on and on. Don't buy into the Monday blues.
I like to start each day with a thankful heart. Thankful for my life, my family, my pets and those friends around me. I see every day as a gift. One more day to get up to embrace the new adventure that is before me. You always have that choice in the morning.....smile or snarl. I perfer to smile and pass it on. Some of my kids are not morning people....oh my. I am at my best in the morning. I have to laugh each morning as my alarm goes off and little Abby Rose bolts straight up from her sleep, races over my body and starts giving me great big sloppy kisses. She adores getting up and starting her day with joy. No matter how tired I am I just lay there and laugh and catch her enthusiasm for day ahead.
This should be your mantra as the day begins.....
