Count your blessings....count your friends as blessings

 

This is so true.  A friend and you seem to have this magical, golden thread that is spun between your two hearts no matter where you are.  You seem to be attached even when long spans of time and distance occur.  A good friend is one that you haven't had any contact with for a while and then when you get together it seems that you were never apart.  It is that beautiful golden thread that is connecting your hearts and spirits.

We all need friends to help us through this journey of life.  We need to know that others are there for us to encourage us and walk with us through both the good and especially the bad times.  We were not created to be alone.

When I play scrabble online I feel that freedom.  I get into Scrabble Land and I am "me."  I am a little word spirit that plays, laughs, scores, loses and just have no attachments on this earth it seems.  It is such a feeling of fun and excitement.  I love it!  The real me unleashed....

That is important to me.  Knowing that I am not alone, that my friends have my back and will help me and be there for me gives me a wonderful peace inside.  Awesome knowledge.
