I am "booked"

Once upon a time there was a girl who loved to read.  From as far back as she can remember she loved, language, words and stories that were recorded in books!   She read well at school,  she exhausted her little town library with her reading skills and went on to be a teacher of the word.  She loved reading out loud,  reading silently,  boring old grammar, play on words and especially witty humour.  Words were in her DNA.

she would ask.

"To read all day, everyday would be a nice gesture but very unrealistic," she was answered.

When this girl wanted a break away from her life she curled up with a good book and got lost in the pages between the covers.

She would laugh, cry, rejoice and be engaged with all the characters and their lives.  She took up residence in their communities, sailed on great adventures into the unknown and piled up a stack of "best book friends."  If she found she  really loved them she would pass them on to her "real" friends.  The blend of real and fiction worked well as when time was spent in "real" time her "fictional" friends could be present in the conversations.

She discovered that...

The more she read the more her world came alive to her and the more she "blossomed" where she was planted.  She was a wealth of knowledge and intelligence just by slipping inside those books daily.

Her imagination soared and was unwrapped as she found out that .....

What a revelation to her!   She started to dream....dream casting was consuming her now...what if ??? she could write???  Then she came across this quote which changed her life completely...

And she did!

The end.
