Eternal youth is a state of mind so embrace it. We all age. We all get wrinkles, saggy and baggy. We can nip, tuck, put on make-up, dye our hair, scrub, laser, whatever it takes to erase those lines of getting older. The real trick is to have a wonderful, positive attitude towards life, laugh, sing, dance and enjoy where you are planted. We chase that eternal youth myth and you know what? I love someone who ages with grace and dignity and is not worried about staying 16 for their entire life. Older people are full of wisdom and are excellent mentors and friends. It is sad that our culture puts so much pressure on us to push back time and stay forever young. Don't buy into that sad mentality. You are beautiful, you are aging just as you should, just as am I. We need a lot of level-headed, sensible people to stand up and say, "Hey, the aging process is natural. " We look great and feel wonderful too." Let's start a new movement of aging adults who are not upset by aging. How that would change so many people's minds and health. Have a great day. Age on and look in the mirror today and say, "Man, I am beautiful today!"
Dancing shoes are requirement here. Living life to its fullest a must! Be savvy, be teachable and learn all that you can. Read lots, invest in things of the heart and laugh hysterically. Spin and twirl, not out of control, but to feel the wind on your cheeks and your hair spiraling like an ocean wave. Feel the music, dance to the beat, engage in life, be free and never ever give up! Dance with life.
Aging like fine wine....my value increases
