Maybe lay down and take a nap if you are exhausted and are in need of some body refreshment. Maybe make a phone call to ask someone to forgive you or just to keep in touch and hear them laugh. Slow down and enjoy to the fullest the moment you are in. Read, listen to music more. Stop! Pause! Reflect! Enjoy! These are the things that purposeful days are made of. Don't drown yourself in your busyness and chaos. Relax yourself and be you. Have an awesome day.
Dancing shoes are requirement here. Living life to its fullest a must! Be savvy, be teachable and learn all that you can. Read lots, invest in things of the heart and laugh hysterically. Spin and twirl, not out of control, but to feel the wind on your cheeks and your hair spiraling like an ocean wave. Feel the music, dance to the beat, engage in life, be free and never ever give up!
