Around and around the memory loop you go...it seizes ahold of you and won't let go. Are you holding on to memories that paralyze you and won't let you move forward? Sometimes those thoughts and ideas just keep re-playing leaving no peace or resolve in your mind. That can be a terrible place to be. You get so tangled up in the mess that you cannot think straight and actually make yourself ill. If you keep reading that old last chapter over and over.....stop.... either turn the page or close the book altogether. A new, fresh day is on the horizon. You can move on and move forward. Do not be entrapped in yesterday. Tomorrow is calling you....urging you to step out and be. Think on these things this weekend and try to re-invent yourself and become new. You can do it.
