Love is like a penny if you give it away.....

 We are all blessed with so much.  We have houses, cars, t.v.'s, cell phones, great food...we are a first world country for sure.  At this season it is a wonderful thing to put your hand in your pocket and reach out to help those less fortunate.  I love to that aspect more than our own personal Christmas.

We get out the World Vision catalogue and send gifts of goats, chickens, medicine and clothing to third world countries.  We drop extra money into the Salvation Army Kettles.  We donate to the missions so homeless people can receive a warm, loving Christmas meal.  Last evening my daughter took her friend and her son out for dinner at her expense...they live in a women's shelter.  Look around for opportunities to make a difference in someone's life this season.  You will be so blessed by doing this.
